What is it that scares the crap out of you ?Something you might have never told anyone. Something that you would really want to experience. Some of us need the proverbial 2×4 upside the head.

For me and many others it begins with your biology. Take a hard look at what you consume and when you consume it & how you feel. Don’t make it a project . Keep it simple . You know the drill . Eat real food. Next your environment. Again keep this simple. Don’t think of any of these actions as one & done. Start small , be consistent with the small steps. Celebrate all victories.

When you are clear as to how you want to feel then you have the elusive peace of mind. Isn’t that what we’re all seeking. Peace of mind, love, freedom . Freedom from that incessant voice in your head that never sleeps , never takes a vacation. Making peace with that is the ultimate declaration of independence .

Getting clear doesn’t have to be a scary proposition, when you remember YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS OR YOUR FEELINGS. You are a divine expression of LIFE.
