This was the question I had in mind when I opened up my new favorite book, “The Art of Impossible,” by Steven Kotler. In it, he discusses the state of being called “being in flow.” You’ve probably heard of “flow.” Artists to athletes have been talking a lot about it. In the flow state you are fully aligned with “now,” you lose time, and are able to see connections and make decisions without hesitation and with purpose. Performance and achievement soar.
“The Art of Impossible,” includes exercises that help you move into, and stay in, a state of flow. This supports the alignment of your actions with your goals, passion and values. (Spoiler Alert! There is one in particular I know you will love. It’s called The Passion Recipe. I will be making a video about that soon.)
I have found “The Art of Impossible” revolutionary. It has galvanized my game plan and, thanks to the exercises and insights in “The Art of Impossible,” I will achieve my big purpose goals in 3-5 years.
I can not recommend this book highly enough. If you want to move from impossible to possible, and step into the huge potential in your life’s journey, purchase “The Art of Impossible” and start the exercises today!
